Action against railway
services
Complaint
can be made by writing a complaint in the
COMPLAINT BOOK available at all town booking
offices, goods sheds, parcel offices,
reservation offices, refreshment rooms, pantry
cars, station master's office, and the guard of
the train.
For
on the spot action, you can approach the Public
Grievance Redressal Booths at major stations.
You
can approach the Additional General Manager of
the concerned zone, who is also the Director
of Public Grievances.
To
report about bribery and corruption, contact the
Senior Deputy General manager, who is also the Chief
Vigilance Officer of that Railway.
If
you have a complaint against the railways
regarding their deficient services, send your
complaint to the address given below. Indicate
your ticket number, PNR number, train number and
name, and the date of travel.

AGAINST CENTRAL RAILWAY ON BOARD STAFF
Call

to the Vigilance Department about the corrupt
activities of the on-board railway staff.
