Membership of ICRPC
As
a member of International Consumer Rights
Protection Council (ICRPC), you will enjoy
the following benefits:

notice will be sent to the Opposite Party
free of charge.

and guidance to attend the hearings in

of case papers like rejoinder, affidavit,
written arguments, etc. to file during the proceedings at subsidized
charges.

and support to your consumer issues.

to settle the matter out of
court through peaceful means.

Guidance
to prepare and file complaint in other
competent courts.
International
Consumer Rights Protection Council is
a non-profit, social service organization NGO
which has not received financial help
or donation from government, company, or anyone. We
manage to give
fearless and excellent services
to its members as we are not under anyone's
obligation.
For
preparation of consumer complaint papers, a very
affordable amount is charged to cover actual
costs and expenses..
Queries
received through e-mail will be replied within
24 hrs in normal course. Anonymous letters will not be
entertained. In case any information is required
by surface mail, please enclose a self-addressed
envelope bearing sufficient stamps, else your
query will be ignored.
Identity
cards are not issued to members. Identity
cards are however issued to those members who
prove their useful association with us, or who
have proven track record of recent involvement
in social services.
Application
for Membership:
Membership
request may be sent by surface mail (copy by
e-mail) providing the following details in a
separate sheet of paper:
1)
Your name and full address.
2)
Your e-mail address, telephone number and
date of birth.
3)
Your profession, designation and name of office
(if employed).
4)
Details of cheque (only Mumbai/Thane accounts)
OR bank draft (outstation).
5)
Name and address of opposite party
Membership
fee (w.e.f. 20-2-2008):
One
Year: Rs. 250=00 (write your name behind
the cheque)
Mode
of Payment:
By
crossed cheque (if drawn on
Mumbai/Thane bank accounts) OR by bank draft (if
outstation) drawn
in favor of "ICRPC" or
"International Consumer Rights Protection
Council" payable at Thane / Mumbai.
You can also pay AT PAR cheque payable at
Mumbai. Write your name behind the cheque.
You can make online payment if you have
net-banking facility.
Where
to send documents:
First
know the procedure by sending request to procedure@consumergrievance.com
Then send your consumer complaint duly signed,
and addressed to us, with the subscription fee.

complaint accompanied with cheque / draft should be posted / couriered

IMPORTANT: Your
complaint should be addressed to us with proper
supporting documents. Without
a proper complaint addressed to us and without
supporting documents and membership fee, your complaint
may be
rejected, and no inquiries will be entertained. In
your complaint, properly refer to the attached
documents where ever necessary. Do
not send your documents in parts and installments.
Send in one set, properly stapled and tied with
thread, and in one envelope only. Write
your name behind the cheque. Do not staple the
cheque.
